Deformers crashing at startup

Discus and support Deformers crashing at startup in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Deformers has been crashing on my Xbox One X since the update.     Deformers crashing at startup


    Deformers has been crashing on my Xbox One X since the update. The game goes to title screen and then crashes to Xbox's Home.

    Any help on this would be appreciated.

    Console crashing at startup screen

    I have a 360 s and for about a month and a half have been unable to do anything with it.

    It began when I attempted to turn the xbox on. The lights went on (all things appear normal - Green lights only etc.) the xbox beeped as is standard and it loaded the 'xbox' logo following the swish from the colours. . Then did nothing. It didn't go anywhere
    from there and from then on I have been unable to get it to go any further ( sometimes it freezes just before the swish of colour, sometimes as it began, makes it all the way to the logo itself)

    I have checked all connections, switched from HDMI to component, vacuumed the ports and vents, removed and replaced the hard drive, tried switching on without the hard drive inserted - All of it failed to point to anything specific.

    I am now to the point where I assume I will have to seek professional support but thought as a last ditch attempt would see if anybody could help, perhaps having experienced this before.

    Console crashing at startup screen

    You should contact customer care for help. And if you can, try formating your hard drive.

    Hi, if all steps in the Game Freeze Solution guide above (Xbox One Game Won’t Start | Xbox One Game Freeze) fail to work, the issue is likeliest to be an
    issue with the game itself. Since this is a third-party game, the guide would recommend you reach out to the developer of the game. I'm sorry to say that I do know that for the Western and European versions of this particular game, this game's developer
    announced that they had ceased development of the game as of May 2018, and is shutting down online servers on August 9, 2018: Message from the Deformers Team — Server Closure Notice
