Defective Game (Xbox Originals :Halo Combat Evolved)

I bought this on the XBL store a while back, thinking I could play this on my 360. Boy was I wrong, It doesn't even start. Normally my encounters with the Support Staff go smoothly, but here I am with a defective game, being made to unplug my console because
they think I'm having hardware issues. I'd really enjoy if somebody would give me my $9.99 back, and took it off of my purchase history.
