    Defective Elite Series 2 Controller


    I got myself a series 2 controller for christmas last year and have currently used it for about 4 months. Recently, my right bumper has been double clicking about 75-85% the times I press it.

    I have warrenty and should be able to return it for a new one, but after reading about this issue, I have seen many stories of people on their 5th controller and still having the same problems. All theses posts are from around Janurary 2020, so I am wondering whether or not people are still haveing problems with there new controllers. I will be able to cope with the double click, so I really only want to take the time and effort to replace it if I can be sure that there won’t be any more problems with them.

    Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam

    Most posts online are because of 0eople having problems. People who don't have issues don't post. So you're not guaranteed to continue having issues if you have your controller fixed. Personally, I've had an Elite 2 for over 1 year without any issues.

    We need to organize everyone in all the forums that are having the same issues and try to make a class action lawsuit against Microsoft for selling defective controllers to its consumers and not getting the proper solution to solve the issues. I refuse
    to buy another elite series 2 this controller is 3 times the price of a regular controller and it's worst than the cheaper regular controller and the series 1.
