I bought a 3 month xbox live gift card and I put the code in and it says already redeemed I don't know what to do plz help my

troubleshooting tips for prepaid codes. It explains that many codes look similar and some Xbox games include codes meant to be used at the publisher’s website instead of through Xbox Live. Xbox codes have 25 characters. You can also request
a new code through the article if necessary. You also have the option to

Gift cards are distributed by third party companies who are responsible for their proper distribution. Just like if you buy a physical game and it's defective, you return it to best buy, not Microsoft

Your receipt or physical cards should have the contact information for the local distributor, if not ask at the retailer.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.
