Default difficulty settings for all games

Hi everyone,

I just bought an Xbox one today

I just have a question. On the the Xbox 360 even tought I know this sound crazy a sub menu in the profil menu located in the settings menu that allows to fix a variety of default settings for all the games including a default difficulty setting for all the
games

since I have a motor disabillty Its very hard for me to play video games also because of the difficulty of some of them so imagine how I was happy

but I was suprised because I didn’t managed to find him on Xbox one did sombody can tell me where to find him

Ok, Im playing Oblivion on Xbox One backwards compatability and changes to settings do not save.

Anytime I make any changes at all to the game settings, such as brightness, subtitles, difficulty, etc. None of the changes save at all. It says it is saving when I exit the menu, but it resets right back to default. Anyone else have this issue?

Also Forza Horizon 2 caters to drivers of all levels. It defaults to medium difficulty. I would suggest you go into the settings menu and choose "Difficulty" from there Choose "Easy" This will male the Drivatars easier to drive against. It will also give
you assisted steering and braking, which will help as you learn the ropes of driving on a console. You can customize your difficulty as you progress in the game and get more comfortable with the controls.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately there isn't a setting for that on the console itself to set all games difficulty. Not really sure if it is even possible as there are many things that come into play when doing this. You can submit an idea on
Xbox Ideas and see what happens.

Unfortunately there are no options available on the Xbox 360 or Xbox One that allow you to set a universal difficulty level for games. This will need to be set on each game individually if the option to set difficult is available on the game.

 

It's not possible especially since lots of games only have 1 difficulty setting.

 

If I’m not mistaken I believe that profile setting on 360 was only there to let randoms know your skill level online and did nothing for the actual difficulty of the games.

That being said have you looked into the new Adaptive Controller Gabrielle? It doesn’t make the ganes easier but it may make operating them a lot better for you.

I recall those settings as well, and they were discarded this generation. I especially miss the setting to always for Invert Y Axis. Sorry.
