Deceptive Advertising - Games With Gold

Not too long ago Microsoft made a big stink about how games with gold was coming to xbox one. Having sold off my 360 to upgrade to the xbox one and losing all my interest in online gaming it was growing increasingly hard to find value in my xbox live subscription.
Then the GWG announcement came and all the sudden Live seemed like a good deal to me again. Well, this is now the third month since GWG came to the Xbox One that we have gotten a rehashed game. Whats even worse is the game is rehashed two months in a row!
In the case of Crimson Dragon it's now 3 months in a row. I believe the other game they did this with was Max curse of the brotherhood.

Here's my problem, I have xbox live almost exclusively for GWG at this point. I redeemed a 12 month subscription card because I thought GWG would operate the same as the 360. I'm very sorry Microsoft but giving us the EXACT same game two to three months
in a row does not count as a NEW free game for the month. It's BS and it's a slap in the face for anyone that purchases their subscriptions in larger quantities than 1 month at a time. I had an original xbox, I got the 360 at launch and now the xbox 1 at launch
but I'm pretty fed up at this point. From a long time Xbox customer, I've had about enough. I think Microsoft should reimburse for xbox live service as it's nowhere near what GWG promised me. Deceptive advertising at it's finest.

Country missing

Our advertising re live and live gold when selling the product is deceptive, as in fact only very limited jrisdictions are available, where one can actually pay for the service.

Chariot, is this months offering for the games with gold program. I would Imagine since the library is limited,getting 2 free titles every month is not going to happen for some time. If we were Given 2 new games every month that library would diminish rather
quickly, then we wouldn't have free games. The console as well as the GWG program are still in their infancy. Give it time and I'm sure The program will mature.

Personally, it is illegal for Microsoft to advertise the game and not deliver as it is considered misleading or deceptive. It is particularly disappointing that that did not see the need to mail out an apology for this inaccuracy

The article that is linked to even states that 'technically, yes they did false advertise' according to the BBB.
