just received my December statement, it says "There seems to be an issue with your account:

please reach out to our support forum team."

Any idea what this is about?

I received an email with my December rewards statement, but it says there is an issue with my account... please contact support forum. Whats the deal?

Need help. I have a total of 19,050 credits pending that will not convert into my account.

I can confirm Smwutches' statement. There does not appear to be any issues with your account, so you should expect your deposit in the mid-December deposit cycle.

The makes this failure of these "forums" even funnier. MS should add in their Perma-ban statement "you are banned from the service till December, 31, 9999 or we switch forums".
