December reward points not showing

I do not see my reward points for my purchases that were made in December. When can I expect them to show up? I received 250 for the December and January surveys but not for my 8% back in rewards.

XBox Live Rewards Not showing.

Hi all. Does anyone else have the problem of Xbox live rewards showing up for Free To Play games for the December special award points?

Where's my points?

I spent almost $200 during the Black Friday sale and have not got my points on Xbox Rewards. Previously I would get points at the end of the month.

Also, I took the December survey and it isn't showing points that either. What's going on?

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So they should show as pending closer to the 15th.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Points from the December offer still haven't been given out yet. They should be deposited by the 15th. If they show as pending it should be sometime during the week.

Points are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have earned at least 100 points. December was the only month where points were deposited on the 6th as part of the apocalyptic promotion.

The only places to get support for the Rewards program are Twitter and the Rewards forum here -

Per the terms of that offer, the program would calculate your points at the end of December and be deposited by January 15, but would not show as pending.

Almost halfway into December and still no quest reward. I've pretty much given up at this point.
