    My brother died on May 25, 2023. His auto subscription XBOX drafted his account on 12/16/2023. How do we request a refund? Do you need a death certificate?

    My mom's account need verification and i can't send sms code because her number is off (she died) and I don't know the recovery email how i can fix that and bring the account back

    The above does not close the account but helps you retrieve the account of a deceased person.
