Debit order

Same here they took SAR55 from me and i wanted to refund it but it tells me account is suspended

Money was taken off via debit order by microsoft. Recurring monthly debit order. Is this also then only noted by them in one or two days?

Hello Jayson, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your payment.

I'm afraid the payment date cannot be changed unless you turn off auto renewal and wait a week after the membership cancels out. Another option would be to purchase membership codes from your local gaming store and add them to your account. You can stack up to 36 months this way.

If you do still require further help though I would recommend logging in to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start a chat. When you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate.

You cannot change the billing date. It is usually the date that you started the subscription. The only way is to cancel the subscription and subscribe to the service again on the date you want to be billed.

Going to the Microsoft services and subscriptions page does not show you any option to change the billing date (https://account.microsoft.com/services).
