    Hello Microsoft / Xbox support team,

    today I perceived a paypal debit entry over 84.98€. But I dont know why. Could you inform me, whats the reason behind it. And if the possibility is given, could you reserve the entry, please. If its an automatically renewal of an subscription, I havent known
    that and I didnt want that. Is there a chance that you can remove the subscription and give me the 84.98€ back. Im a student and I neither play xbox currently because i havent the time for it nor do i have the money that I can easily effort the subscription.

    I added another email address to my Paypal but unfortunatly it changed nothing. Still status code 8382025C

    I have no credit/debit card on my bank account, but i thought i could use paypal and Xbox Live without it, because of some entries in the forum.

    NO HDMI entry

    I'm afraid the only option I believe you have is to purchase a new console. You can go for a preowned arcade model or elite which have the hdmi port or buy one of the new xbox consoles. If Microsoft were able to repair you console when it was sent in then
    their would be no reason for them to send you a new console. It wouldn't really be fair to say it was Microsofts responsibility to ensure their customers had new consoles with hdmi ports.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this password situation. Yes, once you are done entering the password you can press the "Menu" button (three little lines to the left of the "X" button. It's symbol is also located on the bottom right
    of the keyboard and you can tap "A" on there as well once the password is entered.
