Bonjour, en attendant le jour de la livraison de la xbox series x, j'ai mis l'argent nécessaire sur un compte paypal sans ajouter mon compte en banque, je me pose donc la question de savoir si je vais être débité de l'argent ou est-ce qu'il faut que je link
un compte en banque mon paypal?

Hello Hades,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on a pre-order. When making a pre-order if the payment option used is PayPal. Then it will either use the money in PayPal or the card linked to the PayPal. So you should be ok either way.
If want to verify we recommend asking PayPal how it works exactly.

et c'est l que je bloque car je veux acheter le Gold avec l'argent que j'ai sur mon compte Microsoft qui a actuellement 84CHF

Try adding it to a PayPal account as a debit/credit card. Then link a PayPal account to your xbox, and purchase.

Essentially PayPal would just be the "middle man", in charge of exchanging the transaction.

While the Xbox Billing system is not set up to specifically accept Debit cards, they can work for purchases. I often use my Visa Debit for purchases on Xbox.

Although if a Debit card does not work then there is not much anyone can do, the officially supported methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal.

If you are haveing trouble with a Debit card you could try linking that to a Paypal account and then the Paypal to the Xbox account. Or just use Pre Paid Codes.

It's a paypal problem, I had the error until i removed my paypal account and just paid using my debit/credit card.
