    Debit card not working


    "Your bank couldn't authorize this payment method" and "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." are the two messages I get constantly when trying to enter my card info. I have checked with
    the bank numerous times, and they have confirmed the information I am entering is Correct, and that my account is authorized for online billing and transactions. I'm not sure what is happening and I just want to buy and play video games during the quarantine.

    Does your bank not provide a Debit Card? Debit cards work on Xbox LIVE, but it needs to be a Visa card.

    I'm also have the same problem, I make a purchase with vcn from my bank, and already done it about 10 times, but now in 2020 , in January and February I can make the payment with that method, but now in April 2020 when I try again it always says "Check
    the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." , Any suggestion beside buying Microsoft gift card?
