there is a player called deathwish volley and he keeps threatening my son he says he going to hack his account .my son has already been hacked once already and can't use his old account why should we pay more money when someone has hacked your account .

Deathwish volley was very abuse to him threatening to find out where we live and smash his face in .he must have hacked his account as he read out his ip30 address and what county we live in this person should be banned for life.

While I understand where you're coming from, calling out users in the forums is not permitted.

If you come across a user who is breaking the code of conduct, report the player through the console.. That will get the enforcement team to investigate. Then be sure to block the user. Do not message them or it will break the block.

Ensure your son does not share any private/personal/account information with any users online - this includes pet names, streets he grew up on, schools he's attended, etc. Anything that can be used to help figure out a password.

As for how the user got the IP address, there are ways to get it without accessing someone's account. Should you ever experience a

Denial of Service attack (which a user's IP address is needed for), be sure to contact your ISP.
