    For almost a week now (with rare exception) the path "https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile/mygames/editskin" has been inaccessible because of a deathloop trying to log in with my Microsoft account.

    On a few rare occasions I've managed to stay on that page and update my Minecraft skin but most time it directs me to "https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/login" where I have to log in with my Microsoft credentials (either password or email code). More than 90% of the time I see an error saying...

    OOPS!

    We could not validate your access, please try to log in again.

    [Login]

    But half the time it did actually log me in and I'm taken to either "https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile" or "https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile/mygames". If I ever get to the screen where I can click to "Change Skin" or update "Profile Name" clicking either of them flashes the correct page for a microsecond before being redirected BACK to one of those pages where it has forgotten that I've even purchased the game!

    Logged in, logged out, cleared caches, tried Chrome, tried Firefox, tried Safari (yes, I'm on Mac), tried with my wife's account on her iMac in the same browsers. I've disabled AdBlockers. I've uninstalled AdBlockers. I've testing using browsers that never has AdBlockers.

    The. Login. Is. Broken! Not great timing considering the 15th Anniversary.

    And another thing, the "Stay logged in" dialogue doesn't matter — it doesn't matter what options you check or click, nothing sticks! It is broken!

    you have to change your skin on the pc. log into your mincraft account change your skin, a couple of hours later i had the skin on the xbox. hope this helped

    Yes, that is correct. I followed those steps, it said my skins were merged as well during the process. I can log into Mojang's website with my Microsoft account. The Microsoft "Gamer Tag" appears when I do, but I am not able to edit skins, change names, or load the account (Mc or Microsoft's) in the Minecraft Launcher.

    I too am having this issue - makes no sense at all and have tried everything, When I log into mincraft.net, it indicates that I own Minecraft Bedrock but when I open Luancher it only says Buy :-( Anyone any other tips?

    If your Microsoft Account's password is changed, no matter how many emails or what email you've used to log in, it will change the password for Xbox, Office, and Skype account passwords. The Microsoft Account is a type of universal login for all Microsoft
    services.

    I also have a problem with receiving the pistol skin. I logged into mixer, using the e-mail for the Microsoft account i had Sea of Theives on. However, the skin code was sent to a different Microsoft account. When I sign into Mixer using either e-mail, it
    logs into the same account so I assumed I would receive the skin on the account I actually had the game. It was my first time using Mixer, and I don't know why my login would have been linked to a different account.
