That was the link I grabbed it from but I guess Microsoft don't like crows or maybe the hat offended you or is it cause the crow is black? Either way a crow wearing a tiny hat is not offensive so I don't know why you'd suspend me for that?? (It didn't even

because someone may have found it offensive to them and reported it, go to the enforcement site and login and submit a case review as in my opinion there is nothing wrong with that picture.

Thing is it says it not eligible for a review so I can't put up a case..

I agree, but people are already use kind of hack to put custom gamerpic and I didn't see bad stuffs... Maybe add a report option for "bad gamerpic"?

Yeah, I'm having this issue now. Doesn't matter what I'm wearing. I can set any gamerpic at all. But when I try to use an Avatar gamerpic it just keeps my old one. It will not update it to the one I've just made. Very frustrating, indeed!
