    Hello, Xbox insiders people are used to be one of you. I had the Xbox update preview. Which I left but there's a thing I need to ask. Is there any way for you all to restore all my logins on my apps? Because I don't have those logins anymore. Sincerely, doctor Jasmine.

    Ok, so, the app preview mustn't be available for your insider level right now. I advise you to try to report this on the Insiders hub app on your PC to the insiders team. :)

    XBox Insiders Forum is the site to post this question for a definitive answer, provided by staff.

    A factory reset is more than likely the way forward, as that is the way to change down to lower rings or leave the program.

    I advise you to report this issue on the insiders' hub app on your PC, cryocore.
