Dear Microsoft, the Blizzard Leadership Team/Devs responsible for game design are Noobs....

Longtime customer of Blizzard active in the community. If they made a game, I purchased it. Why wouldn't I? Blizzard was a great company that made great games. The current Devs are noobs and are burning away the value of the IP your organization is purchasing for a cash out. Blizzard used to be a AAA publisher known outstanding games that were incredibly polished. This is no more. Examples below:

The Diablo IV (D4) loot system is so poorly designed, even the number of stash tabs (player bank) is in conflict with their own game design (this is a huge red flag right here). The number of bugs D4 has is consistent with a game from a startup. These things made it to live after all of that development. Bad feedback collection system across the entire organization, launching products with poor testing and just deciding to solve issues live. They now just launch World of Warcraft expansions incomplete and rework the classes throughout it. This causes massive balance issues every patch that take months to resolve and classes that shift dramatically in the middle of their supposed storyline. The game is barely considered "playable" for a few weeks of time now at the end of each patch. So assume the game functions reasonably for one month, every 4 months. Players have always complained about balance, but this clearly isn't a proper development methodology for a company that produces online competitive video games. The decline is visible.

Blizzard no longer has a AAA image in the gaming community. Hop on Blizzards' forums or Reddit and majority of the player base is excited about Microsoft purchasing Blizzard because of the potential changes in leadership with external hires. After the last two years, many of us just see Blizzard leadership having the personality characteristics of the employees in SouthPark's cable company bit. I just unsubscribed from WoW because the games terrible now and Diablo IV is trolling gamers. Its summer in Phoenix but I would still rather golf in this heat than be trolled by Blizzard any longer. I am done purchasing anything they produce on release.

TLDR: Blizzard has a great art, music, and engineering team. The D4 combat system is impressive. But the Blizzard leadership/Devs who have been responsible their games balance and overall design for last 3-5 years are huge noobs and are not going to improve with time. The devs either can't don't or cannot play the games they design. Btw, a noob is a person who is inexperienced in a particular sphere or activity, especially computing or gaming and is unable to improve.
