Deals with Gold Xbox 360 not discounted

Anybody else noticing this? There are 11 games listed on sale from the Xbox 360 Deals with Gold page on the console but none of them are actually discounted. Going to the Xbox 360 store from the computer shows no discount either. There are a couple games
this week I want to buy but not if they are not discounted like they should be. How do you alert Microsoft of this since they don't give you a way to contact them easily anymore? I'd like to get them bought and downloaded before tomorrow night as my monthly
bandwidth limit resets for the 3rd and then I can't download them until the end of the month if my bandwidth is okay (I have a tiny limit).

I checked myself from the US marketplace and a few Xbox 360 games that are on the Deals with Gold site are not listed properly with the discounted price and DmC is not the only game not showing the correct discounted price. I checked and all of the Xbox
One deals are shown discounted properly but a couple of the Xbox 360 games may just need some more time to update the correct price on the Xbox 360 marketplace.

I suggest waiting a few days and check back later as I have already asked someone to look into this matter.

Why is there no way to get ahold of some sort of support other than by phone? Live Chat does not work and only gives a callback option by phone.

This is not unique to me, it's not on my end and can't be fixed without MS support.

Are you trying to purchase a discounted game from the Deals with Gold or get the free download for Games With Gold? If so then the reason you're getting that error code is because a trial pass is only good for some Gold abilities such as online multiplayer.
A trial cannot be used to take advantage of gold only deals.

The game is actually in the xbox 360 section of the deals with gold (last in the list).

I checked also other countries/currencies and while on the promo page a 75% is advertised, the real discount is about 25%.

I really never checked that game so I don't know if the starting price is wrong or if there's an error in the promo (being it the discount rate or the final price). Hopefully it will get fixed soon providing
the advertised 75% off.
