    Deadly Premonition Backward Compatability

It is on the list for backwards compatible games but whenever I try to play it, it says it is not available. My xbox one is up to date and has no issues playing any other backwards compatible games, only this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    :)

Is the game available in your region.

When you visit the website (marketplace) for your region does it say it is purchased?
