DeadByDaylight Issues

My friend is trying to play deadbydaylight and when she opens up the app, it loads up and brings up xbox live, asks her to select an account, when she does so, it says the account can't be signed into and to try again later. She's already uninstalled deadbydaylight and restarted it, any suggestions on what to do?

Yes, correct. It should show as owned there. I suggest to sign out and sign back in using the account where the game was purchased on the Microsoft store app.

That's fine. If you got it from game pass, please try this.

Open Powershell in admin mode and paste the following,

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Then restart your PC to apply changes.
