    Dead space Issue


    Why does it mention on the Xbox one for xbox 360 compatibility.

    It's available and free for gold members on the xbox one for the playback compatibility since the game was on the x360. But when you proceed to buy it from the console on the Xbox one it keeps prompting you to go to your console and it is unable to make a purchase
    from xbox.com when im already on the console...

    Hi there, to start I would suggest going through the following link as there is multiple solutions which could narrow the issue down:

    support.xbox.com/.../cant-play-downloaded-content

    The first thing that came to my mind though is have you recently changed consoles? If so, you may need to refresh the license for the content.

    Dead Space launching issue

    I downloaded Dead Space through Games with gold, haven't had time to play it until today, so I go to Launch it and it says I do not own this game, can anyone help me? I was really looking forward to playing it.

    It sounds like you may be using a child account, which would not allow you to make the purchase from the console or from the website. If you have access to an Xbox 360 you'll be able to "purchase" the game from there, which will then show up in your ready
    to install list on your Xbox One.

    Just to quickly clarify, is this with Dead Space 2 or Dead Space 3? We are currently investigating DLC issues similar to what you described for Dead Space 2 specifically. Could you list the specific content exact names so we can take a deeper look?

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, after installing Dead Space on your Xbox One, you are unable to play any other discs? If you haven't already, I suggest trying a few steps:

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console has powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait a few minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and try playing one of your disc games.
