Dead Space free download disappeared!

Hi,

I downloaded dead space for free as part of my gold membership. I have since updated to the newer 4k console and transferred everything over but for some reason dead space did not? When i go to redownload the game it wants me to pay? Have i lost the game
and all my progress? Please help, i dont want to pay for a game i already owned.

First, please make sure that you are signed into the account that redeemed the game. If you still have no luck, my best advice would be to

request a call back from our Support team over the phone - by doing so, they can go through security with you, verify the game license on your account and rectify the situation. Let us know how it goes.

This has been no help whatsoever. Please provide me with the support number to call so i can contact someone to fix this. I have tried ur online support page and useless loops of the same solutions for unrelated issues, that is why i have posted the issue
here, and yes it was downloaded with this profile. Just give me the support number to call or get them to contact me.

I have the same issue as OP. I played the game once last year. Decided to pick it up again and play through the trilogy, also got free with GWG, then noticed the problem. I contacted customer support, after nearly an hour on the phone, got disconnected
a couple of times, and some troubleshooting, clearing alternate mac address then local saved files, still no resolution. Got disconnected while checking licences and didn't get called back.

I cant even get them to contact me or find a support number to call in regards to this. How can i request a callback when on the support page there is no call option for this issue?

Support no longer uses a direct number. You would have to use the support site to request a call. If the option is not showing, change your categories/topic until it does. Typically billing issues will always give the option.
