    Dead Space 3 Coop says "Failed to Join Game"


    I've been trying play with a friend (Series X and Series S) and no matter what we try it says it failed to work. I've tried restarting, checking ip, redownloading the online pass, etc but it just wont work. Have also verified both EA accounts are active so it shouldn't be that.

    They still work and the Online pass was made free, hence why I'm annoyed because I played this with another friend not too long ago and we never had this issue

    Not sure if the servers are still running for DS3 but if they are i seem to remember a post from a while ago & you needed to have an online pass to play co-op.

    That was a while ago though so not sure if that's changed now or not.

    Have you checked if other online games are working? If they do, I suggest reporting the issue to EA as they are the publisher and will be more equipped to assist you with issues specific to Dead Space 3.     If you haven't played already, Dead Space 3 was free with games with gold and it's a pretty awesome coop experience.
