    Когда в store выбираешь этот DLC и заходишь в него, то там вместо строки купить, надпись что этот продукт временно недоступен. Но есть строка для ввода кода.

    Я устанавливал старую 2-х дисковую версию Dead Space 2. Может быть нужно было загрузить цифровую версию из store, чтобы DLC "Коллекционное издание" стало доступно? Какие ещё есть способы купить этот DLC? Или купить код.

    Кто сталкивался с этой проблемой?

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with getting content from the store. I went ahead to check out the DLC 'Collector's Edition' and indeed it does state that it is currently not available and the only
    option is to redeem a code to access the DLC.

    Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, it seems that this particular content you are attempting to purchase is unavailable for purchase. If you installed a backwards compatible game using a disk, the DLC should automatically download with it. To verify, you
    can visit My Games & Apps, highlight the desired game, press the Select button, and select Manage Game & add-ons. There you will see a list of all installed DLC.
