    Dead Rising 3 gesture controls not working

    Hi CrazyHorse,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with Dead Rising.

    Just to double check: Is it the Survivor Commands or the Grapple gestures that aren't showing up when you use your Kinect?

    Also, are you sure that the Grapple Controls are set to "Kinect" and you have Survivor Commands set to "Pointing and Audio"?

    Please let us know and we'll work from there.

    Well you could take a running leap into Zombies and send them flying when you'd amped your kick high enough.

    Some of the zombies were really slow. Some would ignore you completely. Others would scream and leg it for you and draw even the ones that ignored you completely to where you were so yes, they chased you in the capacity that if you didn't get away you'd
    die.

    There were no grappling hooks though. You had to climb to reach the top of buildings.

    It's not so much that there were more than 2. Just there was more than the 2nd game you played.

    If you've played "Dead Rising" then "Dying Light" certainly looks like a newer version of that game.

    There's no shame in that. The original "Dead Rising" was a fun game.
