    Dead Rising 4 didnt count towards Pre-Ordered Punchcard


    I Pre-Ordered Final Fantasy 15, Titanfall 2 and Dead Rising 4. All 3 games have been released now but Dead Rising 4 isnt counting on the Punchcard and il be missing out on the 15000 points reward.

    Pre-Order for Resident EVII not registering on punchcard.

    I pre-ordered Resident EVII over a month ago but it has still not registered on the punchcard. I also pre-ordered Titanfall 2 and Dead Rising 4 and they have registered correctly.

    Please help with Resident EVII.

    £20 away from VIP 4 but spent nearly £200?

    Hi The Cloud Beast. Smwutches is correct. Since your latest spend was on consumables, those do not get calculated into MyVIP progress. Dead Rising 4 was pre-ordered, so it also does not qualify for MyVIP, however it did go towards the Games on Demand punchcard
    and Credits were awarded for that purchase.

    Did you pre-order before the punchcard was available? If so, the purchase wouldn't count towards the punchcard.

    Preorders do not count towards VIP. So they could not be moved to count towards your VIP rank.

    Why give a Pre-Order Punchcard that is for January 1 – March 31, 2017

    on orders that were placed in December as stated I would receive more

    as a 4 star gold at 8% than the Punchcard reward

    since the three orders are Pre-Order games not yet released, I

    would like them to be canceled and my xbox account credited
