Dead rising 3 unusual problem

    Dead rising 3 unusual problem


    ok so i bought dr3 digitally back in november and has worked fine since then but since latest system update the game acts like i dont own it and asks for a disc even though its fully installed.Going to the marketplace and again both digital versions act
    like i dont own them and i have to rebuy it which is not going to happen, I have reached out to xbox support on twitter but they haven't been helpful at all.......just curious if anyone else have same issues or someway to solve problem thanks

    No games will launch

    Deceided to hop on for some BF4 popped in in launched it and it just took me back to dashboard nothing unusual since it happens with that game ALL the time...But i switched to Dead Rising 3 and it did the same thing launched and then crashed whats the deal?????

    Are you sure you have tried to access the game on the marketplace using the gamertag it was originally purchased with?

    If so, try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. See if that helps.

    Are you sure you have tried to access the game on the marketplace using the gamertag it was originally purchased with?

    If so, try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. See if that helps.
