Dead Rising 3 hangs on loading screen

I have Dead Rising 3 on a disc which I completed the game around the end of March, it worked great. About 2 weeks ago Dead Rising 3 Apocalypse was on sale so I bought the digital copy and also picked up the super remix Dead Rising 3. Now when I go to start
the game it loads then I press A to continue it shows loading on the bottom of the screen but goes no further. I reinstalled/downloaded the game 3 times and still the same, also tried installing just the disc without any DLC and the weird thing is when I try
to start it takes me to the super remix download screen so It forces me to install the remix, it also did the same thing (hangs). Also I did try it on another xbox one under my account and got the same results, I did find out if I take my xbox off the internet the
game will work offline. My location is Taiwan

I get the loading screen too. Also on Dead Rising 3 when I unlock a new ability it stops accessing the find options and support abilities.
