Dead Rising 3 DLC 'Bundle Only' on re-install

In order to make room on my HDD, I uninstalled Dead Rising. However, I purchased the season pass originally. Now that I am reinstalling the game due to getting an External HDD and having enough room for all games, the DLC will not carry over, and when trying
to reinstall from the in game menu all DLC including the season pass say 'Bundle Only' and are grayed out in the game store. If accessed from the games and apps page I see them with their price tags. There is no way for me to get my purchases reinstalled.

Can't access installed dlc when game is not installed

I recently uninstalled the Dead Rising 3 game (physical copy) from my Xbox One console since I needed HDD space. I own all Dead Rising 3 dlc which I did not uninstall because I figured I would return to playing Dead Rising 3 again soon. However, I am now
nearly out of HDD space again, so I wish to also uninstall all Dead Rising 3 dlc, but I can't seem to find anywhere to access and manage my dlc when the game is not installed; Dead Rising 3 is not listed in My Games & Apps and if I go to the individual dlc
in the store it says they are installed, but I have no option to uninstall. What to do?

I suppose I could install the full game, then uninstall all dlc, and then uninstall the full game, but this can hardly be the intended design of how XB1 HDD management is supposed to work. In my current case it would be even worse since I don't have HDD
space to install the full game, so I would need to uninstall some other game, then install Dead Rising 3, then uninstall Dead Rising 3 dlc and game, and then re-install the game I first uninstalled.

Please tell me there is some other way of simply uninstalling the dlc I wish to uninstall.

P.S. Imagine having downloaded dlc for a game you don't own because it was on sale or free or whatever and you thought of maybe buying the game later, and then deciding not to buy the game anyway. That would leave you stuck with useless dlc that could only
be deleted by doing a reset to factory settings. Pretty serious, especially concidering the extremely small amount of HDD space available in an Xbox One console.

Dead Rising 3: The Last Agent has been released on Xbox Live today.

The new DLC adds a new vehicle, six new weapons, and story missions revolving around ZDC agent Brad Park. If you have a season pass you can download the content automatically, otherwise you should be able to download it separately

Can you check your download history? Go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right until you see Ready To Download.
