Dead Or Alive 5 Last Round pop-up message

I bought Dead or Alive 5: Last Round on my XBox One at a used gamestore, but when I tried playing it, I kept getting pop-up messages asking me if I wanted an XBox Live gold account or Xbox Games Pass Ultimate. I kept dismissing the add, but it just kept coming back! It keeps interrupting my game! How do I get rid of it?

Well, I am setting my sights on the single-player mode, so how do I get these prompts for buying the subscription off my back and stop them from interrupting my game?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If you're to play the online multiplayer mode it will require you an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. But if you will just play single-player mode or local multiplayer you shouldn't get prompt to buy the subscription.

Kindly try and set your console offline before launching the game.

Settings > General > Network Settings > Go Offline.

Dead or Alive 5 is not on the list of backwards compatible games for Xbox. There is a separate Dead or Alive 5 Last Round that works with the Xbox One consoles but the regular 360 version does not.
