    Dead or alive 5 cannot play multiplayer by no gold membership subscription


    Xbox has free to play game. That can play multiplayer by no gold membership subscription.

    Dead or alive 5 is list in free to play game too.

    But when I play Dead or alive 5 multiplayer (rank match). It cannot play on no gold membership subscription.

    When I go to online rank match. It pop up to buy membership subscription. Cannot play online by no gold membership subscription.

    How can I solve this problem.

    I think this is Techinal issue that link to network setup of game requirement. Must solve by patch or settings on network by Microsoft.

    Cannot solve by reset console, remove and re-login on console or something on user side.

    How can I issue this topic to Xbox Techinal team. Because I try everything, I cannot found way to send problems to Xbox Techinal team.

    I just heard back from my team, and this seems to be a bug they are aware of and are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. I do not have an ETA, but please on the lookout for an update soon.

    I hope you are doing well today. Welcome to the Xbox Community. You are being asked to have Xbox Live Gold when playing Rank matches in Multiplayer in Dead or Alive 5. I am happy to help and see if I can answer for you. I know the game mentions specific modes are only available and multiplayer. But I will connect with my team to find out if rank matches would be one of those features that might be locked to the full game or require Xbox live gold. For example, Call of Duty: Warzone is free to play. But it has parts of it that require an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. Once I get a response from my team, I will update this thread.

    The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE

    You need a gold subscription. A gold membership is required to play online multiplayer.
