Deactivated gift voucher, retailer has confirmed its activated

Hi maybe strange to you but not to the retailer, apparently really common problem. Xbox always see its deactivated and palm the user off to go back to retailer who provides proof of activation. mighty suspensious esp when bought another voucher for xbox at same time, same amount same cashier and the other one worked. Mmmmmm .....

There is a phone number on your receipt or gift card to call for the third party distributor. Microsoft sells them blocks of codes and then they are responsible for them. You need to contact them

Hello kim, t this is strange, because if the card was really active, Microsoft's system would not issue this warning.

I would try to return to the store and check if the activation was really done, and if it doesn't work, the ideal, you must contact Xbox support via chat so that they can help you.

Voucher deactivated. Ive contacted the retailer who have provided proof of activation at their end. Xbox have seen its deactivated and yet dont wato do anything. The retailer ckearly cant as they have an activated voucher. Xbox are wilfully passing the buck - disgusted with their response
