    Good day Xbox Support. I would like to know if Microsoft Xbox can de-throttle the xbox live connections to and from devices. This has been going on since the beginning of this Pandemic since early 2020 and connections should be normalized by now, especially for downloading games and uploading clips. The pandemic is in a normalization state and should make xbox bring connections back to its original state & activity. Thank you for looking into this matter. Merry Christmas.

    Hello George of advisement. If you can recall correctly from my past questions/discussions, I mentioned, as well as the ambassador(s) did, about the throttling of Xbox Live connectivity. Yes, my ISP is mainly in charge of my flow of connection, but it was on record that Xbox Live started to throttled by management of Xbox Support back in early half of 2020.

    The pandemic is pretty much normalized, to the point that there are no social distancing and quarantine mandates by your programmers, engineers, and network specialists.

    My family and I pay $150 a month, plus I personally pay $65 to $75 a year solely on Xbox Live, not to mention the hundreds to thousands of dollars since 2008 as an Xbox player/customer. So, please, re-initiate normal flow of data via Xbox Live.

    Stupid Problems...

    The next time this happens immediately check another device on the network to see if it's disconnected. I initially blamed Xbox Live since my focus was solely on my Xbox. Turns out all devices got bumped from the connection. I have this sneaking suspicion
    that it has to do with bandwidth throttling on Comcast's end.

    I'm on fiber. I get 150 on most devices but xbox I get 80 .

    Have you checked to see how many devices are connected. Could be that to 🤔
