Sorry to hear you're experiencing this. However, you are not allowed to name and shame on the forums or try to get people to report others.

Please use the dashboard reporting tools to report the player. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions provided. You can also use the in game reporting feature to report the player to Bungie.

As for DDoS attacks, if this happens to you be sure to unplug your modem/router for 5 seconds to clear the attack and report it to your ISP so they can investigate.

Naming and shaming is not allowed on the forums.

Report and block the person from your Xbox.

If Xbox Enforcement finds that he/she has broken the code of conduct, the account will receive the necessary enforcement action

Hi, have a read of this, it might help you in understanding that Microsoft do take a stance against ddos attacks, but they do need everyone to help in reporting the people that do it, and as it is a crime, should be reported to the
law enforcement agency that deals with this, as well as reporting this to your internet provider too.

If you read the post, both players have racked up likely hundreds of reports and nothing has been done. I was told by a representative at Xbox to post a public forum, so I did.

It's doesn't matter. There is no reason for break the rules of Xbox Forums.

Again - I was told by a member of Xbox Customer Service to post a public forum and include any and all screenshots that I have of messages, party invites, any evidence I had against these individuals. So I am being told two different things here.
