Ddosed or IP ban or neither?

It's possible that your Xbox is experiencing an issue with obtaining an IP address from your router. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as a network configuration issue or a problem with your Xbox's network settings. It's unlikely that you have been DDoSed or IP banned, as these issues typically result in a complete loss of internet connectivity.



To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:



1. Restart your router and modem.

2. Power cycle your Xbox

• Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
  
• Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
  Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  
• Plug the console power cable back in.
  
• Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
  

3. Check your network settings on your Xbox to ensure that it is set up correctly.

4. Try connecting your Xbox to your router using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi.



If issue persists, you may try connecting to different network like hotspot from your mobile data, see if you still get the same error. If no, please reach out to your Internet service provider for assistance.

Hacking and DDOSing are two different things you know. Neither Xbox or PSN were hacked.

He wont stop DDOSing I cant seem to chsnge the ip

ask your ISP. You need a new IP. Tell them that you get DDosed.
