DDOS'd by a group online, I have their account info, where do I go from here?

I was just harassed along with a group of friends, the people in question AQU4W, G4TI, Sane Sauz, and NewScorpion9019 all engaged in this behavior, threatening individuals with releases of their addresses, they even sent me my own address as proof not
before ddos'ing me, luckily I have a hotspot on my phone and I was able to make this post, I have reported them to crime check for this as well but I would like to get xbox involved as they would have access to their addresses for the police as well as billing
address, names, ect ect. I want to file a full police report for this. I have multiple witnesses, including people i've never met until this afternoon that can collaborate all of this.

xbox cannot intervene with ddos attacks as this is outside of their network and they wont see any evidence of it therefore they wont provide any info on other peoples accounts, now if you have messages about it then that would be visible to them and they
could take some action against the accounts, so make sure to report the messages. the only main option is to report to your ISP and also ask them to change the IP address and obviously the police if you want to as it is classed as a cybercrime.

Microsoft (and Sony) are currently under a DDoS attack from a hacker group known as Lizard Squad (according to the groups Twitter account). All Microsoft can do is react to the attack and bring Xbox Live back online.

Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done to stop a DDoS attack until it happens.

Just to be clear, Microsoft isn't being hacked, it is being DDoS'd. Two different things. Sony is also being DDoS'd right now by the same group.

There's nothing anyone on the forums can do as no one here has access to your account info.

Only support have that access so you will need to contact them again.

If you were ddos'd then that is down to your isp so you should also contact them.

As long as you never give out your personal info or passwords your account will be safe. 2 step verification on your MS account is also an added layer of security.

Yes, I did absolutely everything on there, yet it still says I don’t have enough information, I feel like it might be saying I don’t have enough information just because of things like the fact that I haven’t ever sent an email thru the account, or I can’t provide any previous passwords (the password has never changed on the account). Would I at least have somewhat of a chance if I got on a call with a Microsoft support person rather than email support?
