DDoS-ers in Xbox live

While playing a game of rainbow six siege with two other friends we start to win a get invited to the enemy party, they start to trash talk us and when we leave to start the next round and My ping jump to the thousands for the first minute of the round.
Same happens to my buddies on the following rounds (it is not our lag since it comes on that 1 minute or so where we cant do anything and the we can play normally). Fast foward to tge emd of the game we win and they disconnect us completely from the R6 servers
after being trash talk once more, I felt like this needed to be shared because action needs to be taken against these four, their gts are [Mod Removed]. I assume its some team work they have going on but ovesper is the one dissconnecting people
from the servers (also has somewhat disturbing pfp and bad reputation) something needs to be done about these.

Please do not post pictures or names on the forums.

Also please report them then contact your ISP to see what they can do/suggest for you. Since the stuff happens via your internet and not xbox live they will need to be contacted.

DDoS attacks are illegal and could result in jail time for the person doing it. If you are the victim of an attack please unplug your modem/router for 5 seconds to reset it. After that contact your ISP and let them know about the attacks and request
an IP Address change. They will investigate the attacks from their end.

As for the person that's doing this, please be sure to report them by going to their bio and selecting Report or Block and follow the instructions provided. The PET will get this report and investigate the claim then take any necessary actions on the account.

Also, please remember that it is not allowed to name and shame other gamertags on the forums.

Step one -
report the offending players using the tools in your console.

Step two -
block them from contacting you, and DO NOT respond to any messages/invites they send.

Step three -
report the attack to your ISP.

Hey Chief! Apologies, but the XBLPET (Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team) doesn't reply to questions of this nature. Your best thing to do is file a complaint using your console tools because he's likely to do it again to someone else and will be caught
in the act. I would highly recommend for you to block, mute, and remove him if he's on your friends list as well as avoid him as a player and not consult with him at all. If he isn't connected to you at all, he can't get your IP Address. You can contact
your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and request an IP change if it continues.
