    DCX3510-M Audio/Video Sync / Passthrough issues with XBox One


    I just received a new cable box (DCX3510-M) from Time Warner after a recent firmware update fried my old one. The technician hooked it up directly to my tv and that was working fine but when I run it through my XBox the video pauses for a moment every few
    seconds and I can't hear any audio at all. Am I the only one experiencing this issue with this DVR box? I saw another issue pertaining to remote control issues but nothing regarding A/V issues.

    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    Really disappointed in this regressed functionality. If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

    Video and Audio Delay HELP!

    Sky HD box to Xbox One input, xbox output to tv. no splitters. I have no external sound system so delay is on hdmi audio. Sky HD direct to TV has no audio/video sync issues, audio delay is only present with Xbox one in the circuit.

    What is going in your HDMI Pass-Thru?

    i'm getting quite a lot of audio sync issues with my sky passthrough too. Is anyone else having this ?

    Could be cause by something as simple as having a crappy HDMI lead from my SKY box the XBOX1? If so i will go and buy a new one, but to be honest, i'm a bit of a noob when it comes to this.

    The audio sync issue at the mo makes SKY un-watchable.

    Xbox One S - DVD & Blu-ray audio out of sync - DVD audio/video sync worse

    UPDATE: Xbox One S returned. No solution for audio sync issue on DVD/Blu-ray playback.

    After scouring the internet I cannot find a solution. The Xbox Support seems to be correct. There was an issue with the Xbox One S where the audio was not in sync with the video on DVD and Blu-ray playback. I returned the Xbox One S.

    Hopefully few other experience the issue.

    To check, is this display issue on your LG TV with your Xbox One console only happening with your

    cable box set up for use on your Xbox One console    ?

    Have you been able to try a different HDMI cable to see if the same issue persists?

    No Sound at all on Dashboard or System

    Update your HDPVR2 drivers. Make sure that your passthrough is configured properly in Hauppage capture/Streemeez. (Frankly, don't use Happauge Capture. Use Streemeez to configure your audio and video inputs and passthroughs.) Don't blame the hardware when
    you don't have it configured properly. The HDMI signal carries both audio and video. If the handshake is made, everything is there. If it isn't, then you see nothing.
