Dbxv compatibility pack 3 problem

When I enter to db xv and go online he said you must download compatibility pack 3 but I already downloaded the pack why ??

The Mortal Kombat Season Pass Problem

I had the same problem, but I manage to get Scarlet by downloading the compatibility pack after I purchased the seasons pass. So here is what you have to do.

1. Download/Purchase the Seasons Pass

2. Download the Compatibility Pack

3. Start Mk 9

4. Go to Ladder

5. Beside Cyber Sub Zero there is an arrow, move to the left and she will appear.

I believe the seasons pass is actually the compatibility pack and the compatibility pack is Scarlet. However, the compatibility pack might be needed to use/see Scarlet in the player select screen.

FIGHT!

Alright, if anyone can answer, thanks. So I would like to know that if I purchase DBXV DLC pack 1 on the 360, that I'll be able to freely install it on the Xbox One. I was able to have Destiny's season pass on the xbox 360, and once I had gotten it for the
xbox one, I was able top install it, no problems. Will this work for DBXV DLC's, since they're like different developers and what not? Thanks.

Let's try
full power cycle of the console then check if you see the same error message show up. If you do, then let's try a fresh install of the game and the extra content as well.
