I had no idea i was breaking code of conduct when i reversed a purchase i made digitally because i bought the wrong title by mistake i honestly didnt know i had to contact xbox 1st and i immediatly deleted the game and it doesnt say i own it anymore so i
didnt think there was an issue. Im now suspended until the 24th. This is the 1st time ive been notified of this, i will not do it in the future or i will contact xbox 1st. If charging me back will fix this i will pay for it, please reconsider ive been a long
time xbox user ive never been suspended before for anything like this. I have been on the phone with xbox support throughout the day and dont know what else to do, please help.

    :)

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Merchants (in general) don't appreciate when the customer initiates a chargeback with their bank, which is why it's always recommended to contact merchant first (even the banks suggest this) to work things out. Since you've already
purchased a product, chargebacks forcibly take the money back, leaving the merchant without their money AND the item (with often no recourse). Microsoft, however, has systems in place to recover from this act, which translates into suspending those accounts.

When a chargeback happens, as far as I've seen, you get hit by Enforcement for "Marketplace Theft". You must be lucky that it wasn't a permanent ban, according to what you've said. All suspensions are dealt with on the
Xbox Enforcement website. Unfortunately, nobody on the forums will be able to help reverse your ban, as the Enforcement team does not post here. On the website, you can try submitting a case review (if
    eligible).

    Keep in mind that
    customer support
would be able to help you get a refund on a digital title, and you'll have a better chance at it if you just purchased the game recently and didn't play it. People make accidental digital purchases every day - just be sure to contact Microsoft
    first.
