Day one owner with achievement never received Limbo code message

Day one owner with the day one achievement. Got the gamer pic and the day one background, but no Limbo code message. Are they still sending them out? All of my friends have received the message besides me... What exactly were the requirements for this? Sucks
to be left out after investing so much in the Xbox and games.

Never got Limbo Code

Even though I am a Day One owner, (have the achievement and all) I never got my free Limbo code when MSFT was running the promo last month? I've been checking my messages/email and never got anything but a free icon pack.

Did anyone else have this problem?

Missing limbo Code

Hello, could you tell me why I have still not received my limbo code, I am a day one owner of the xbox one which I used as soon as it came out but have still not received any email or message confirming this?

my relative got various bonus like FH2 Bonus car, limo, and many others..

i guess they get it because the really play a lot with the xbox one. +100 hours might be is not sufficient so we only got a thank you poster

I have not had any message with a code yet either. Had my xbox one day one and have achievements showing as dated 22nd, 23rd and 24th November 2013. Is anyone else still waiting for their code?

 

I too have not received Limbo,even though i'm a day one ower,day one achievement obtained but still no Limbo,any ideas why?

 

I've never received my code either. I activated my console on launch weekend and both boxes are checked for messaging preferences. Are they still sending these things? I don't have a message anywhere nor an email.

My account is under 17, but I should still get the message right? Just not the email. I really want to play this game.

 

I spoke to a Xbox Customer Support rep who seemed to not have a clue,she did mention account should be over 17 though.I would've rather had someone give me a real reason as to why i don't have it,as opposed to someone that appeared to be guessing the reason
why though.

Well it's been a week now and I still don't have a code, I guess I won't be getting one now despite being a day one owner as I said above. It would just be nice if someone could say if this was just sent out to random people or if every day one owner should
have received it.

 

The press release from MS says all Day One people will get Limbo, but seeing as people like me who had it from the first day and got the Day One achievement , didn't get the code - then something is going on.

I tweeted Xbox support and Major nelson but they don't want to know.

That press release is interesting. I had a day one console but it had a hardware fault and had to be replaced. It took Microsoft a week to get me a working console. Seems I've missed out through no fault of my own!
