Day one achievement not unlocked after redeeming successfully

    Day one achievement not unlocked after redeeming successfully


    Hi all, my xbox one day one achievement has not unlocked. I redeemed it on the 3rd February 2018 just realising I had it in my box all this time... Anyway I talked to the live chat support and was told to post here for an Xbox Ambassador to help me. 1414907511
    that's the ticket reference I was provided to show proof from the support. I can also provide the code aswell. Thanks.

    I'm pretty sure the achievement is unlocked by redeeming a prepaid code in the Day One packaging.

    Van Laiho the day one achievement does not have an expiry date. I redeemed it successfully and it just hasn't popped... :(

    Sorry about that, Ben. If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console hasn’t synchronized with the Xbox network. If it hasn't appeared after 72 hours, try unlocking the achievement again or contact the game support for further troubleshooting.
