    Day Early and 5000 short


    I purchased Overwatch literally hours before his months XOXO promotion began. Is there anyway to receive the reward credits for Step 2 of the promotion, or has my eagerness to game online again (been gone since BOII) punished me?

    No rewards credit deposit

    Early deposit is only available when you have between 1000 and 5000 points. "Early" means before reaching the 5000 mark that triggers an auto deposit.

    Next deposit is scheduled for 12/04.

    Timing of Deposit?

    I have 5000 points available, but no deposit yet; my understanding was automatic deposits forfor 5000 and up took place on the 15th and 30th. I also tried to request an early deposit today since it hasn't happened yet, but the early deposit option wasn't
    available.

    Unfortunately, we can only Reward purchases made during the offer period. Since your purchase was made before the offer, it was not eligible.

    Early deposit is only available when you have between 1000 and 5000 points. "Early" means before reaching the 5000 mark that triggers an auto deposit.

    Next deposit is scheduled for 12/04.

    If you have reached 5000 or more by the end of last month, those should be converted on the 15th, if you have reached that amount this month, then you should get the deposit at the end of the month.

    As for the early deposit button, it only applies if you have less then 5000 credits in your balance, as with that button you can request credits to be converted before you reach the 5000 quota; after you reach 5000, convertion is automatic. Delivery dates
    are the same with early deposit, "early" just means before reaching the limit.

    The button is only available when you have more than 1000 points but less than 5000. After you hit the 5000 mark, the auto deposit will happen by default, so the button is removed.

    "Early" means before reaching 5000 points, the deposit date is the same as the automatic one anyway.

    I' aware. It doesn't deposit my credits at all and I cannot do it manually they just sit there and have done for a few auto deposits now.
