    Day 11, no Alan Wake or PC codes


    I pre-ordered Quantum break on 4/4 around 11pm EST using the preorder link on Xbox.com and recieved my purchase confirmation. I've waited the 7-10 days as advised on the forums also and haven't recieved my QB for windows store codes or codes for Alan Wake.
    Is there a next step I can do?

    Quantum Break PC code and Alan Wake codes not yet received

    It's 11 business days since release and i haven't received my alan wake and QB pc codes yet.

    pre-sales quantum break - no codes

    I bought game 04.04.2016 day and did not get the alan wake and no code to PC to date, already passing 10 days of purchase.

    comprei jogo dia 04/04/2016 e não recebi o alan wake e nem codigo para pc até hoje, ja passando 10 dias da compra.

    I sense a pattern, like many i was also asked by support to wait 10 days then come to this thread where someone would "manually create" my codes.

    Still nothing here, I was advised last night that there was a issue with the code delivery system being backlogged and codes will turn up eventually.. Not to helpful.
