    (This is a modded playthrough)

    Today I decided I wanted to do a little bit of the dawnguard quests, and I made it to the soul cairn. Everything was working perfectly fine until all of the keepers were killed and I returned to where Valerica was. For some reason they absolutely refused
    to move. So I went in and defeated Durnehviir and came back (they didn't follow me in). They still stood there, not moving at all. So I went to go get the scroll myself but I couldn't open it. I've tried many things like waiting far away and near her, fus
    ro dah, other shouts, etc. Nothing is working.

    Do I have to make a new save now or something? I'd really rather not, so I'm looking for suggestions here. If my load order is needed I will post it.

    Unable to download profile/ recover gamertag - Error 80070428

    It seems to be related a lot with skyrim when i googled error 80070428 a lot of stuff about dawnguard came up

    Dawnguard error

    More than likely you corrupted the game when you modded it. As such your best bet would be to either try reverting back to an older save (if possible) or delete the save and start over.

    More than likely you corrupted the game when you modded it. As such your best bet would be to either try reverting back to an older save (if possible) or delete the save and start over.

    Once Dawnguard is installed (along with the 1.6 title update), players that are level 10 or higher will hear rumors about the Dawnguard from guards in major cities. They may also be approached by a courier who will give them a note about the Dawnguard. Otherwise,
    if your character is below level 10 or you wish to find the Dawnguard on your own, you can seek out the Dawnguard headquarters roughly east/southeast of Riften. It can be reached by a small cave through the mountains.
