I had a Gift Card expire a day early phone support wont assit. What can I do about this?

The time stamp is locked on most codes.

The date is before the use of the said date on the code.

You can extend your subscription if you use a xbox live gold code.That way your auto renew date will change to whenever the new date will be that your live runs out after using a code.

The xbox live trial codes (as all xbox live codes) have an expiration date (one year from the date the code is issued)

I suggest you to contact your retailer to solve this issue

adding a code will just extend the xbox live. I do mine yearly, I used 3 yearly codes in one go so I do not have to worry about live until 2017

If you pay monthly you probably want to cancel the monthly payments first, make sure Microsoft know to stop taking money off you monthly and just redeem your Xbox Live Codes for 3 months or 12 months etc. through the Xbox Live service.

Each time you redeem a code no matter if Xbox Live has or not expired, all it do is extend your current subscription from its end date to the new date (example live expiring 3 dec 2014, year code entered to extend, new date of expiry 3 dec 2015)

Every xbox live code has an expiration date that is 365 days from the issue date. Seems you have let your code to expire
