Data unavailable

Hello, I can not play online at Halo Wars 2, when I log on the game, it tells me that the data can not be downloaded. Yet in my xbox application, my NAT is moderate and the internet connection is functional. I already tried my internet connection, it works
very well, I also tried to pass my NAT open but without success. Please, help me.

, I noticed that I didn't have "Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adaptater" in my network card.

I followed a tutorial to try to add it, but it is not even in my list of old generation hardware.

Xbox Live signup is currently unavailable..

This is still happening even after I did the preferred steps above still asking me to change data and then giving warning that Xbox Live sign up is unavailable.

 

Server went down. Am I the only one?

Well, I was level 42 and after I finished a mission it told me that it could not save the data. I then returned to story mode and tried going back into online and it told me that my character could not be loaded and that the servers were unavailable.

Is this just for me?

 

The issue might not actually be with the console. Have you tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it yet?

Okay, sorry but it seems the screen shot of your in game error isn't available now. Any chance get that again or type out the message?

I can not retry directly, it just offers me a "back" button, after that, when I try to connect to multiplayer or any online service, I have the same error message, data unavailable, can not connect to xbox live ...
