    Try to have a backup of your session data because it is possible that it has synchronization problems, I would recommend trying another profile to check if the problem is the game or it is a connection problem or it is a data synchronization problem

    Yes, of course, the data would be synchronized in the cloud if you do it before changing the MAC (if you are not doing a synchronization)
