    I was gone for a week and when i had gotten back all my saved data was deleted for multiple games and i dont k ow how to get it back, help!!!! Please

    Deleting profile and adding it back

    resetting console while keeping game data

    Hard reset

    Nothing works

    At what point do customers get something back from microsoft for loss of service? This is the 2nd time this week I’ve switched on my Xbox only to find i can’t play my games because of another Core Service problem.

    Lost Game Data

    We can't recover your data, you would have to work your way up to get back there. Try doing a clear system cache and if that does not work delete your xbox profile but keep save data and then redownload it.

    It did the same with me but i had to get the Data pack to play any game modes but warzone. If you have already gotten the data pack you need then sorry I can’t help much man :/

    You dont really need to back up on a 360, the data is secure on the hard drive, ive never heard of faults and loss of data
